I was just told by my school that I had about a week to go down to Parhumthani immigration and get my fingerprints taken. If not, they will not allow a new extension next March. New one on me.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual has been informed by their school that they must complete fingerprinting at Parhumthani immigration within a week to be eligible for a visa extension next March. There is a concern about how such requirements are communicated to everyone.

I guess my question is, "How will everyone be informed of this?"

And besides, you and I don't know who has been fingerprinted already, and who hasn't.

I'm guessing the school director would let them know.

Makes sense to me if you didn't get your finger prints taken at a border
