I talked to an officer at CW when I had an issue with stamp in my passport and she told me that the best for me would be to get a new passport as they don’t record it in computers. It was 5 months ago... why did she tell me that when it’s not true then?

I had Non-B until 2016, I left thailand in 2017 without canceling the visa. Came back in 2018 on ED and after 3 months went there to extend it. At CW they said I must cancel my Non-B visa first.

Was applying for ED visa extension but in my passport there was another visa (more than one year old) which was not canceled and they refused to extend my current ED visa.
