Hi, everyone. I went to Vientiane(Laos) this week to try get a Non-Immigrant B visa for teaching. It was rejected due to "insufficient paperwork". When I was at the window to apply, the lady said I am missing paperwork regarding the cancellation of my previous work permit from my old job. I have two questions.
1. What exact documents are needed for this requirement?
2. Can I go back to Vientiane to apply for this visa again?
I am a South African.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A South African applicant had their Non-Immigrant B visa application rejected in Vientiane due to insufficient paperwork, specifically missing documents related to the cancellation of their previous work permit. They seek clarity on the exact documents required for this situation and whether they can reapply in Vientiane.
Thanks for the feedback, everyone. How about my 2nd question? I'm asking because when I collected my passport, the officer said, "You can try in another country".
