If you’ve taken the time to understand your problem, you can ask a clear question and get better answers faster. This can save you time and make things move along quicker.

On the other hand, if you ask a vague question, you’ll get a vague answer and might end up asking the same thing again weeks later, missing the chance to solve the problem sooner.

I’ve found this group to be an invaluable resource during the past couple years I’ve lived here, helping me stay informed.

However, I’m not a fan of people who show no initiative and ask questions that could easily be answered with a quick Google search. I just scroll past those and look for what I need.

But constant complaining is really just annoying. Like gosh it’s like someone just discovered they live in a community with diverse opinions for the first time in their life. It’s like driving on the road mate… good drivers and asshole drivers.

Easy solution: go and buy a free hold condo in your name.

I’m of the opinion why buy into a system which doesn’t afford you fair and reciprocal treatment like your home country offers.

Problem solved in five seconds: buy a plane ticket to Singapore and cancel it on arrival.

My attitude of Thai people after two years: Thais are xenophobic and just like money, Thai is all image but absolutely zero substance, absolutely useless at solving anything solution at all.

Unless you’re here for a short term holiday, or career break. Absolutely zero reasons to stay here long term. Can’t wait to bloody well leave to be honest.

I’m white on the outside but brown on the inside. It’s beyond frustrating to be treated like I’m some clueless tourist from the UK or USA, like I’ve just landed in Thailand yesterday. You’re forever going to be treated as an alien and will never integrate.

Like seriously, other than the fact I’m wrapping up my obligations here, the countries quite shit, like what is exactly here that a proper country like Australia can’t beat. Go to Australia mate, better country.

This conversation is clearly about banking.

Unless you’re joking about not having an account, you’ve had every chance with all the available free information online to improve your situation. But instead, it seems you’ve chosen to be immature and waste time chatting with another random person online.

If you really want to prove something, start by getting a bank account. I bet I can get my fourth before you even manage to open your first.

You’ve really got two choices here:

1. Take Motorway 7 to Bangkok, then use the ring road Motorway 9, going counterclockwise around the city, Bang Pa In direction. Get onto Highway 1 to pass through Ayutthaya and hit Saraburi. From there, use Mittraphap Road (Highway 2) to Nakhon Ratchasima, and keep going to Udon Thani. If Motorway 6 is open, definitely take it, it’s partially open but it’s a lifesaver time-wise. Keep a few hundred on hand for tolls.

Watch out between Saraburi and Pak Chong, Nakhon Ratchasima - people drive like absolute dumb cunts, plus you’ve got mountains and heaps of heavy trucks.

2. Alternatively, take Highway 304 through Prachinburi, which links up with Nakhon Ratchasima, then keep going on Mittraphap (2) to Udon Thani. Be careful in Prachinburi though, the roads are shit, and there are mountains to deal with too.

If it were me, I’d go with the 7 and 9 around Bangkok, stop for an hour in Nakhon Ratchasima to check out Ya Mo Monument. I also prefer driving at night - less congestion and fewer fuckwits on the road, the fewer, the better.
