If it’s Hua Hin Water you need to go to the water company opposite the fire station. Only Pranburi Water can be paid at the 7-11

Lots of other countries also do a digital arrival card. We recently went travelling for three days and had to do one for Malaysia and another for our return to Thailand. Better to do it before landing - less stress

I was talking about the TDAC, which is not connected to your visa. It’s a digital arrival card and it’s done through Thai immigration not a foreign embassy
