how could you get two cards, one debit and one credit card separately? I only got a visa debit card where the amount I spend with it immediately deducted it from my account. A credit card is one with which you are borrowing money from the card issuer.

Yes but years ago it was the only bank where you could open a bank acc. as a tourist without agent or visa by just paying a one year lifeinsurance 😉

its all about frozen accounts nothing to do about the suspended app which is/was another issue back in july but where you still could withdraw with ATM. If account is frozen, you cannot do anything, no deposit no withdrawal
