Read the Embassy website thoroughly, Nigerian nationals may need to apply 4-8 weeks in advance.

But the DTV application says INTENDED and "only" asks for flightnumber

Most are asked for INTENDED flightnumber, and flightnumbers are like busnumbers they tell a route, not a exact date and time.
