ORIGINAL POSTERI’m a US citizen currently working remotely from Ethiopia & am trying to apply for a DTV. I’ve two dependents (wife & kid) that are both Ethiopian citizens. How do I go about this?
Do I apply as if I’m living in Ethiopia (in which case the application apparently is handled by the consulate in Niarobi) or do I apply as if I’m living in the US. If the latter then would the consulate in the US also handle the case for my wife/kid although they aren’t a US resident?
