If you request your account statement in Thai it will be ธุรกรรมต่างประเทศ and not trade finance. And this means in correct translation international transfer

Kasikorn does it with non o visa. Each branch can look at the internal central kasikorn requirements. There is non o listed as valid visa.

According the FAQ of TDAC in case of a flight with transit the boarding country is that from Newcastle but flight number is that from dubai

 yes, but I use TRUE. There the code is *934*30# . Or with 180 instead 30 for 180 days

 you don't have to top up every month. You can explicit extend the validity before leaving Thailand up to 1 year in the app or dialing an ussd code. It's only few baht for 30 days

Which is better for transferring money in Thailand, Revolut or Wise?

Yes, I prefer Revolute when transfer money on weekdays. At weekend it's more expensive then Wise.

Also I use Wise for more then 50K Baht because here Revolut has an intermediate bank fee.
