Anonymous participant thanks for the reply! I haven't been yet and have been considering going to visit. If you don't mind answering, how are prices currently for accomodations and food? I would be bringing my wife and son with me and we currently live in Chiang Mai.
they didn't ask for anything outside of what I provided on the requested items per the website application. If you are working a job online they will want a signed letter from your supervisor/boss that you can work remotely and recent pay stubs.
Sure! I noted that I was the sole owner of my LLC and explained that my business operates remotely and all clients and operations are based entirely within the United States not serving any clients or conducting any business within Thailand. I outlined my role with the company and highlighted that it was all done remotely. I explained my income sources and referenced the bank statements attached to my cover letter and the state llc documents etc.
Thanks all! I wasn't worried about the 10K baht fee I was thinking it would get rejected and I wouldn't be able to reapply due to the rejection. I appreciate all the replies!
reading the other responses on similar posts have me concerned now lol. The representative at the consulate was very clear in telling me that I could travel for the week but I really don't want to risk my pending application.
