yes there is and it’s available only at some Thai embassies abroad. I know the Netherlands has it. 1 year based on marriage. No need to show 400k in Thai bank account but you will need to show some funds in your home country account. Not that much. 90 day stays. In my opinion an excellent option. far less paperwork than if you do it in country

it’s 1 year reporting requirement, so similar to 90 day reporting. So you need to fill in the reporting form. In my case I fly out of country every 1-2 months so it keeps resetting. meaning probably no reporting until year 5.

i paid 50,000 for ten years that’s very cheap. no 90 day reporting. you can buy a Thai Elite visa for 5 years for 600,000 haha
