I suggest you get your non o over 50 visa before you get to thailand otherwise you wont be able to open a thai bank account. This is key to be able to get your 12 month extension of stay.

Pat Trick when you apply in your own country for the non o over 50, 90 day visa the sum of money that you need to show in your application is specified on the e visa system which is still 800kbaht or equivalent in your own currency in your own bank account. You cannot arbitrarily decide to show $2000-$5000. So if you can't show this 800kbaht in your own account then it wont be approved. For the extension the 800kbaht needs to be in a thai bank account

You cannot apply for a DTV inside of thailand. You can only apply for a DTV from outside of thailand i.e. Vietnam or other countries

You can combine documents online using free software that does this and creates a single pdf file from multiple documents. Or you can print off the documents and scan them all into a single pdf which you can then attach as a single document

If you want to ride a motorcycle 🏍 in thailand then you need to already have a full motorbike license from your home country. You then go and get an international driving permit (idp) which is just a translation of your home license and recognised in thailand so if you dont have a full motorcycle license an idp wont help you at all. If you have a motorcycle license and idp then you are ok to ride in thailand for 90 days giving you time to get a local motorcycle license. If you dont have one then you will not be legal until you get a thai motorcycle license
