I thought I read somewhere that you could file/submit a TM30 at any local police station. Is that correct?

The receipt should be made available immediately after submission correct? I would think that’s part is the online efficiency process,

When I came to Thailand reading all this advice on meds, I thought I was gonna be strip searched down to the interior of my luggage looking for meds and Tylenol etc.

A big fat zero, nothing, nada at entry. Nobody checked anything.

The best advice I got for meds is get hard paper copies of prescriptions before leaving you can go to any hospital pharmacy to get it filled if they have the meds.

My thought is try online. It’s convenient, then report back so people know what each other have tried and the result.

Worst thing that can happen is they say no and you got to go in.

My first visa application got rejected because I fat finger transposed a letter in the application material. Try not to do that.

I’m in my mid-60’s in Thailand in a 90 day O Visa.

I’m a US Citizen. Where or what are some good resources including white papers to start studying Citizenship, Residency, the pros and cons, do I want to do the 180 thing.

I find the info on social media engaging but take its more situational of the specific person but non the less gets you thinking.

Don’t take your legal advice from Facebook, but you know what I mean.

Just to share I recently found out that a person could get an Educational (ED) Visa and with that a work permit to work no more than 20 per week in Thailand. You would have study all the requirements of an ED Visa, but as you study more it’s quite varied.

I thought the Amity agreement resolve forcing a Thai to be part owner or majority owner.

I thought the changes to the Amity agreement allows for 100% American ownership.

All the other rules still apply.

O is not necessarily O is it. I applied for a Retirement Visa and only got an O visa for 90 days. I thought retirement visa are O-A and O-X.
