That’s social media at its finest. Have a thought? Throw it out there!

Why do your own research, why try to studying your situation, why look into anything then share it to have some value ……

When you can just blurt out anything on social media!

My opinion is that changing VISA type is not impossible maybe even not difficult.

The reason I say this is, I have a 90 day VISA and just communicated with a company needing English teachers. They noted if I’m in the country on any type of VISA they can take care of changing it. They do not work with people who do not already have VISA and not already in the country.

Might not apply to all VISA types.

I’m hear now almost 3 weeks and you just have to really studying the system, review posts for various insights and look to local resources for opinions, insights and help.

Oh yes, the virtual address. A virtual address is way to maintain an address in a place with without physically being there. It’s like planting a flag, in a place so people can still send you stuff but you don’t have to be there.

Yes, I’ve read the standards and agree with your notes, but then stumbled on a few non-resident foreigner banking snippets.

For example, in the country of Georgia I can show up as a non-resident non-citizen and open a bank account.

To me it appears the same can be done in Thailand but non one seems to talk about.

I just got an I Visa with no insurance requirement. I chose LUMA since I want coverage while traveling. Good luck.

Do you have any thoughts or opinions about Nahkon Si Thammarat or Pak Phanang. Looks like a cool coastal area getting early morning sunrises.

I still a little new to all the VISA categories, but I'm getting more educated.

I do not have the stamp yet. Just an approved notice from Embassy. I spoke with a music university in Bangkok about taking some Jazz music classes. The school mentioned if I applied and was accepted to the school they assist in getting the education visa. So if I am on a Non-Immigrant "O' VISA retirement/Over 50 VISA I would need to get an education VISA? Is that how it works?

I applied for retirement, but got a 90 Day "O" VISA. It does not say retirement on it.
