How can I obtain a TM30 receipt online for my visa extension in Thailand?

TM30 Online - how can I get the receipt?

My gf did the TM30 as it should be done. Now, I need it for an extension, but, how can I get the receipt from the website? I cannot find anything on it for printing the slip...

With the old TM30 system they said "take a screenshot", but with the new website, what is the screenshot we have to take?

Or are there any new option to just download a slip in PDF or something?

I thought I read somewhere that you could file/submit a TM30 at any local police station. Is that correct?

The receipt should be made available immediately after submission correct? I would think that’s part is the online efficiency process,

 this is an old post. System was updated months ago and now it's able to generate a proper receipt in PDF format so no more screenshots needed.

I’m having similar issues. I uploaded everything for the condo I own and also all my personal data and it’s all approved.

But it seems that I haven’t actually registered a Date because when I go to search there is nothing there to print. Yet both my personal data and condo data are there.

Where exactly do we record the visit?

I registered at tm30.io but you need to upload house books and owner id card first. Then upload your passport. I have recently been told that it is not an official immigration site but a private company so I dont know if it will be recognised or not. I will find out next week when i do my 90 day report.

 hi Nick.can i ask you something,i just arrived today in thailand and have to do the tm30 but i have never used it online. Can i do the registration or is it my wife that have to do it? Me live together in our house.

 the house owner or hotel where you are staying is responsible for doing it. That doesn't mean that you wont get problems if it isn't done.

 it is our house,it stand in my wife's name. I was trying yesterday evening to do the registration on website tm30.io,now I waiting for the registration to get approved, hope it works so i don't have to drive to immigration today

 it doesn't look like an official site indeed.

If was me, I'd a bit concerned. Not (just) about the 2000฿ fine, but about someone massive gathering main private data - not only full passport data with scans, but full house registration data with scans too. Identity theft is a thing, sadly...

 I've never ever got that to work. Never allows me to log in as the captcha is always wrong. Use the new one, it works. Only been going a few weeks.

 could you post the web address you used that worked please. I only re-registered a few weeks ago on their new website. Got everything working then and even registered but today could not register on it to notify arrival at the property. It would not accept the data ???

You go back into the system and search for the information you just submitted and take a screenshot of that. There is no pdf generated by the system.

I mean, I could code a button to print a decent PDF from those data in a couple of hours... it's beyond my understanding why the f they didn't it. But again, TiT
