Sorry, if possible why not go ask these questions at immigration. As we know every office is different and sometimes even the same office is different day to day. 🙂 Ive always had good luck discussing issues with them.

what he said is key. Some places almost double the electric rate. I never rent a place unless Im paying PEA (provincial elec authority) rates. Ive had apartments where the elec was as high as the rent. now I rent houses as it is same price or cheaper.
