retirement better than marriage visaeven though im maried?

I hear many saying that despite being married, retirement is ‘less hassle’

I can’t comment but as im close to sorting my type O visa in London next month, the benefits to marriage visa are that I can work if I wished.

so she leaves the uk on her UK passport and arrives in thailand on her thai passport?

We could stay at her relatives in Buriram or Phrae.

Does it have to be a relative?

But her cousin works for Prakhonchai council and she came to the Buriram immigration with us previously.

It was like the immigration would have madd the visa for me there and then but we were flying back to uk in 7 days.

But will do the type O from UK all being well late November/early december we are on our way.

personally i find the UK evisa website a pain in the backside to use. Cannot upload all documents, etcetc.

For me i prefer to go to someone highly recommended and has the right relationship with the thai embassy.

The evisa website I have not found too user friendly as have others.

i lnow people that have ‘got in’ on a joke of a workcation and have not worked and no intention of working. Another signed up to a language school, went for one lesson, told me he just wasnts to stay and be in the bar every night.

And there was me wanting to sign up to a year at Chulalongorn to do intensive thai language course. And still intend to but on a marriage visa.
