Depends on the account you open. My Kasikorn and Bangkok Bank accounts have bank books but my SCB Account doesn't have a bank book.

not if it’s SCB they do not provide a bank book for their Easi Pass account and I provide a copy of the account details to immig along with bank letter which has sufficed for last 3 years….Reply to

Yes you get a bank book. All Thai bank accounts have those. Most accounts can have access to an app too.

Kasikornbank opened a bank account for me, including an ATM card, bank book and the banking app, everything was nicely arranged by a very nice bank employee.John *********
