Bit of a different question…
My wife (Tha and UK passport holder) id flying with me to Thailand for two months.
When we return, she is going back to Thailand two weeks later with her daughter.
Is this too short a time for to return to Thailand on a second visa exempt?
My wife does have a Thai passport also. But need to know as the flight has to be booked with correct name in the passport.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around the travel plans of a woman holding both Thai and UK passports, traveling to Thailand with her husband for two months and then returning with her daughter shortly after. Several comments clarify that she can use her Thai passport for entry into Thailand, which does not subject her to visa-exempt limitations like foreign nationals. It's advised to book flights according to the name on the passport used, and to carry both passports for smooth immigration processing.
