What is the process for registering a TM30 for a friend's property in Thailand?

We have just been checking the immigration website for registering a friends property for TM30.

Yet it seems it is for business (which I assume is hotels)

I was looking for a section which required the blue book number of the house owner as well as her ID card.

Has anyone also looked into this?

We will be staying at my wife’s friends house and although I will complete the DTAC arrival card stating I will be staying there, she would have to complete the TM30 still?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation highlights confusion regarding TM30 registration when staying at a friend's house in Thailand. The original poster seeks clarity on whether the property registration is for hotel businesses and notes the necessary documents like the house owner's blue book number and ID card. Comments from the community provide insights, suggesting that anyone can register via the immigration site, and people staying under 60 days may not need to complete the TM30. Additionally, a reminder clarifies that the DTAC arrival card is unrelated to TM30 requirements.
Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)

WARNING: Only trust Thai government websites with .go.th domains or Thai agent websites with .co.th or .in.th domains, as these require verified Thai registration and cannot be registered anonymously.

The official TDAC form is available at tdac.immigration.go.th, which uses the official .go.th government domain.

The services by AGENTS CO., LTD. does NOT charge any fees for arrivals within 72 hours. If you need to book more than 72 hours in advance, there is a service fee of $8.

Do not trust other sites pretending to be a trustworthy agency. Pay attention to delivery time - the service operated by AGENTS CO., LTD. has 1 minute delivery time for arrivals within 72 hours.

Don't fall for sites pretending to be agents.co.th or the official government tdac.immigration.go.th website. Always double-check the exact domain in your browser.

Scam services may take days to process your application, others may not even do anything. With these TDAC scam services you also need to worry about double charges.

Please watch out for TDAC misinformation spread by fugitive Jesse Nickles and his many fake accounts on Quora, TripAdvisor, Reddit, and other platforms.

I am Peter.

We are staying at my wife’s relatives house for long enough to obtain the 12 months extension based on marriage. Im arriving on a non-immigrant O visa and need an address for when immigration pay us a visit.

We can stay there until we get our own house built.

she has but there is no house on the land. We demolished it after her mum and dad died.

So we are staying at her relatives very bear as it is a proper modern house. This is so that immigration can visit as part of the 12 month visa extension requirement. Unless we put a temporary caravan on the land… maybe this is an option!

But I still dont see the place where ‘blue book entry’ is shown on the website TM30 registration

The tabian baan is needed when adding the address, the second step when setting up the online account (1. register, 2. add address(es) and 3. add foreigner staying).

so our host registers her property. Just her ID card needed.

When we arrive, she completes the restration of a foreigner staying at her property.

Im not quite getting where then blue book number is added.. i would have thought when resgiarering her property and not when we arrive. Or mayby that is the case?
