I'm on amnesty and when sept 26th comes I will leave the country. Till then I will teach at my school as I have been told by DOL and immigration I can legally do that....paying an agent to pay an immigration officer "tea money" is why the problem exists in the first place... But according to Thaiger newspaper today all visas will be checked that were got during amnesty. So maybe you'll be part of the new tourist attraction called Thai Prison Service... Why you just don't do things legally I don't understand your non b is legal with the province your agent payed for it in...it is not legal in the Thai immigration database and to do it during amnesty throws up more red flags than a Chinese democracy meeting
So what your asking is people's opinions who know no more of the matter than you do.. walk into immigration and ask that question and they will say " we don't know". What makes you think people on FB will have a better answer
Mogens Nygaard if you illegally obtain something it's not legal.... When that stamp is " bought" it is illegal.. go to another immigration office tell them how you got the stamp and ask if it's legal
My last 90 day report was due April 18th, my permission to stay stamp (non b) expired on the 30th of April. My new school is still trying to figure out how I can get a new non b. But would I still report even though I'm on amnesty without a valid visa
Would it not be better to ask an actual consulate or Embassy.. whatever advice you get from social media(some right, some wrong) they are not the ones allowing you into Thailand. So check govt pages
