can someone tell me what this says that is scribbled across my visa...is it supposed to say ”used“

You left on one entry visa right Now that you are back it is used so apply for the multi next time . Thats my guess

I just looked at the writing and I see that now Probably should of looked closer I was probably thinking of a retirement one.

you can't get a multi-entry tourist visa for thailand in Lao unless you legally live in Lao.

No idea, but it's certainly USED now ;)

I wouldn't worry about it I can see the 60 day entry stamp you got on the other page from the Nong Khai border that's good until the 16th of April :)
