Just want to say that even though I am a member of a few groups pertaining to this subject matter. This group I come to for accurate up to date info. The other groups seem to accept that anyone answering a question is an expert...so Administration thank you.. you have answered my questions with realistic (what they want. Not what you heard from an agents brother in laws wife's third cousins nephew) info. I realise it can't be easy with the changing laws and updated info...👍👍👍
