Will my expiring 60-day visa affect my Non-B visa application for teaching in Thailand?

i am going for a non b visa(teaching) tomorrow, i just realised my last 60 day setv runs out on friday, will this be a problem, should I have gone to Immigration and got a 30day extension before applying for my non b

You're fine then, your stamp will cancel when you leave the country and you won't be on ANY visa or stamp for thailand when you apply for your Non-B then because you'll be in another country ;)
