Hello everyone. I’ve 2 questions.
1. From the photo, it mentions a 90 day notification must be made for those who has it due from the 26 March - 31 July. Does that mean anyone who has a 90 day notification due from 1st August onwards, does not need to make the report?
2. Is it possible to obtain a work permit/non B visa type while being currently present in Thailand? I was told you must not be in the country. I am currently holding a Non-Imm ED visa type.
I appreciate the help heaps.
TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses two main questions about Thailand's visa policies during the pandemic: 1) Clarifications regarding the 90-day notification, indicating that those with notifications due between March 26 and July 31 must report by the end of August, while those due after do not need to worry. 2) Inquires about the possibility of applying for a Non-B visa or work permit while currently in Thailand, with confirmation that usually a traveler must leave the country to apply. Various expats share experiences in navigating these visa regulations.
