What is the average RT PCR test result time from a SHA+ hotel in Bangkok?

I would be changing the flight to be honest.

Now is that 14.30pm when you are supposed to land and if it's on time and if so take in consideration you probably wont get to hotel to at least 16.00pm

You will be pushing the 08.30am flight when you would have to leave the hotel at least 06.30am
