TLDR : Answer Summary
The community generally has a positive view on Luma insurance for COVID coverage in Thailand. It is noted to provide coverage for both inpatient and outpatient services, with a limit of up to 3.5 million THB and direct billing for asymptomatic COVID positive patients. However, some users experienced issues with customer service response times and have encountered problems with purchasing on the website. There were also queries about age restrictions and mentions of alternative insurers like AXA.

I am trying to buy via the Luma website but it won't let me enter the province where I will be staying. Anyone else have this problem?

Is it just me, Luma and Axa will not get back to me. Im trying many times over the last few days. Its like they are shut or brocken. Can someone help and reccomend another insurer.
I did notice it took a while for them to get back to me after asking for an extension compared to getting it the first time . It even took over 7 days to receive the updated policy after numerous emails asking for it even though they said it would only take 2
Luma Thailand Pass covers both inpatient and outpatient up to 3.5M THB. Also covers asymptomatic covid positive patients with direct billing to hospitals. Very responsive team.
