Like the first comment said set up a schedule for the day when yup count minutes it's only doing it worse.

Na went smoother than expected set self schedule daily ie get up time exercise inside /outside movie time etc. used to being offishore on rigs boats barges so wasnt bad
I brought an external hard drive with about 300 movies but the tv in my room had the USB feature disabled, but what surprised me was my willpower not to drink any of the four bottles of Australian red wine I brought with me.
