TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses the requirements for obtaining a Fit to Fly (FTF) certificate needed for international travel, specifically to Thailand. It highlights that the FTF certificate should be on doctor's letterhead confirming that the traveler is fit to fly and has tested negative for COVID-19 through an RT-PCR test. Several comments mention the quick service from Dr. Donna Robinson for obtaining the necessary documentation, noting that most clinics can issue both the FTF document and the COVID-19 test result, but they are separate documents. The importance of presenting these documents to airlines as part of travel requirements is emphasized.

can you show what yours looks like. I have a visit with my doctor and he said he will fill out whatever form I need. Just want to give him a "go by".
David *********
Fit to Fly you need to show to the airline when you check in for your flight along with your negative COVID test
Steve *******
Most clinics/Dr's will issue a F2F doc, with a negative covid test, included in the test fee.

ftf and covid-test are separate documents.

Yes of course but the same Dr/clinic can issue them, and the F2F doc comes with a negative test result.

Ftf has nothing to do with covid-test. They are two SEPARATE documents.

get something that says "fit to fly" / "fit to travel" on separate form. They are pretty anal about it, and may deny you from boarding.
Jyrki *********
@Bob **********
that has nothing to do with Ftf.

what is it then? I was given this as an example of what to use for fit to fly by JUSMAG-THAI.
Jyrki *********
@Bob **********
what is JUSMAG-THAI? That document hasn't even mention words fit to fly. Covid-test has to be PCR-RT. And those are two separate documents.
John *******
No , just needs to be on a Dr's letterhead , and have that you have tested negative to the " Covid 19 virus based on a Rt-pcr result , and in his opinion you are fit to fly ( travel overseas )
