Just a question . I've received my coe.. now I am entitled to my Pfizer vaccine first dose today and second is 3weeks away and my trip will be 16 days after my second dose. Now with the current situation with the 14 day quarantine regardless of being vaccinated or not in Bangkok . Is it worth changing my coe incase they change the policy of Quarantining...or could I just bring my certificate to prove I am vaccinated anyways
Thanks guys

TLDR : Answer Summary

They mention receiving their Pfizer vaccine and express concern about a 14-day quarantine regardless of vaccination status. Comments provide insights on the possibility of changing quarantine rules and suggest waiting to see if conditions improve before making any changes.
You far enough away, there is a chance they could change. There was some discussion of going back to 7 days quarantine as they did not find any problems with it... But the phuket 14 day announcement make it look not good. I say wait and see if it is advantageous.
The Phuket program has been changed to 14 days even if vaccinated. But you can go around the island and not be stuck in your room. The plan should be finalized by end of next week and starts July 1. But could be cancelled still
have they been vaccinating thousands of locals daily in advance of Juky 1-- this was a key piece of the " open Phuket plan"? done to protect the local population that would be working with the incoming tourists-- if I recall correctly, they had set an approx goal of vaccinating 70% of local population prior to July 1. Has that vaccination effort been ongoing?
