When you trade for customers outside Thailand or as employee from a company, it might be seen as a job. When it is only speculating with your own money it just is not a remote job, just as managing your own stock portfolio is not a remote job. Of course there are more or less legal possibilities when you put the assets in a registered company which pays tax and you are employee of your own company.

If the screenshot container also your address it might work, but I have seen stories of screenshots rejected

It is their legal obligation indeed, but it is not an obligation to give you a copy as proof.

Since Wise not is a bank, the account is not a personal bank account, but some embassies might accept.

Wise indeed not is a bank, you can find that on their own website. Revolut on the other hand has bank licenses in a lot of countries, so should be accepted.

Officially the 500K requirement also is for each dependant, but some embassies don't need for children

Why not apply in Germany? DTV issued by Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia attract much more attention from immigration.
