Does anyone know if you can use screenshots with your bank funds?

I’m using Barclays Bank (uk), and can’t request any statements.

I still have more than 500,000 baht in my account?

Is it worth a try or not ? Even if I save as a pdf , 

My details are still there to see

Go on your online banking and download statements or go in app bottom 3 …. Click statement there

I get quarterly statements so showed Jan to March, then a screenshot of account on day of application and a covering letter. It worked in Jakarta

I’ve got my address and derials so I think should be okay

If not I request a bank statement and I’ll be all good

I had the same problem with my German bank and I called them and they were able to send me a perfect statement. I'm pretty sure this is possible at your bank too. So give them a call. In life, you often have to stir and poke around a bit to reach your goal

If the screenshot container also your address it might work, but I have seen stories of screenshots rejected

this is what I was thinking I have the address and my details attached to it.

The only issue is that I can’t request as my bank is playing up.

So that’s why I’m trying a screenshot of balance with my address included

Upload your latest pdf if your Barclays statement. You should have a recent one from the middle of this month
