ok thanks for that, it’s all very confusing, I did get an extension but I also went separately to do the 90 day reporting in person but they said I already done it on 3rd Jan and to do again on 2nd April. Which in my mind would have been my second one 🤷‍♂️ no chance of getting there today and I’m guessing they will be closed soon for holidays

but it’s not the same in Thailand so setting up a business here is NOT the same. You have to have thai employees and Thai partners so completely different
