it says if you come back to Australia after moving overseas then you need to do 2 years to make it potable.

If you where in Australia for 2 years before receiving you pension it can be potable from day 1

Australian Aged Pension is potable

you do not need to be on pension for 2 years in Australia to make it potable.

You can leave after your first payment.
