Planning on traveling to Chaing Mai for 3 months next spring, from the US & over 50, if that matters. Opportunity came up for a place to stay and would like to explore the area to see if it would fit in with early retirement plans in a few years.

Kind of confused as to which visa I might need to apply for. Tourist visa is 60 days and can apply for a 30 day extension once I'm there?

Hello , Anybody able to recommend a health insurance company/ policy they have faith in?

A company that's able to honour there agreement and pays without to many issues?

It's for peace of mind in retirement not for requirements for a visa.

Many thanks . 🙏🙏🙏

I'm married in America to a thai. She owns a home in Bangkok but we live in America full time. I want to go back to Thailand this year and have dental work done that will take approximately 2 to 3 months to complete. I want to live in her home while I'm there. With covid and quarantining what do I need to go there and live there for three months. My plan is to retire there in ten years. We have not been married in Thailand yet. Thanks ahead of time.
