Insurance requirement for LTR is $50K as I noted in my post. It can be from the specific list you are referring to so I am looking for advice from those who obtained insurance for non-OA visa from US

What is your nationality? You are quoting the numbers in USD making one think that your parents are in US. If they are, aren’t they covered by Medicare? Health insurance for people 75 and older is pretty expensive in Thailand as well.
