If you go to the evisa website you will see the workflow. The main sections where documents are required allow you to upload one single document per section.
You don't want to be looking for a reputable anything, you want to be looking for business certifications, licenses, and associations, eligible for DTV approval.
While there is no specific timeline, I think 2 weeks is pushing it. If you have to wait I would definitely upload a brief cover letter explaining why you haven't submitted the document and when you expect it will be available for submission. Or call and ask them how long you have, if possible.
