Hello, I have a question regarding my flight ticket from Germany to Thailand when I submit my DTV application! Do I absolutely have to include a return date or have a return ticket in the application? There are so many different opinions on this. Could someone please explain it to me in more detail? Thanks! 😉👍💯

Hello,

I have several questions regarding the DTV visa application.

I am currently completing the visa application digitally through the official Thai government website. My first question is whether it is indeed not permitted to submit a DTV visa application more than 3 months prior to the intended date of arrival in Thailand.

My second question concerns the requirement to provide a planned departure date. At this stage, I intend to purchase only a one-way ticket to Thailand. Is it mandatory to present a return or onward flight ticket when applying for the DTV visa, or is a one-way ticket acceptable?

I would appreciate your clarification on how this requirement is typically handled.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Kind regards,

Or Ash

Hi everyone,

Is it mandatory to attach flight tickets and hotel booking proofs, or is it acceptable to simply mention the intended stay address in the application form? Also, since I’m currently residing in a different city from the address on my passport, would a rental agreement work as valid proof of my current residence?

Would really appreciate any guidance from those who’ve recently applied. Thank you! 🙏

London embassy question: Seen a number of people say the London embassy required actual flight ticket from the airline, I have a flight booked but it's a return flight and the return date is within 60 days (something like 55). Has anyone applied with and uploaded such a ticket, just worried they'll give me an METV instead (seen that's happened) if they see I have a return within 60 days. Going soft power Muay Thai route.

Hi folks

I just want some clarification please.

Do you need to provide a purchased flight ticket and proof of accommodation when applying for a DTV visa?

TIA.

If I am no freelancer then I have to do a soft power Does thai language school count as a soft power too?

Cause it only say cooking or muay thai or music festival which I don't get.

Also It means I will show a proof of 15k thai baht bank statement plus the activity I will be attending.

2. question: do I need to have a flight ticket ? What do i fill in if they ask for the flight number? I cant just buy a ticket and not knowing whether they accept me or not.

3. If I summit my application online , will it be fast ? Like 24h like other people? Or should I rather go in person?

Hi everyone,

my idea is to apply for a 60 day tourist visa and then extend it by 30 days on site in Hua Hin. I plan to buy a flight ticket for 82 days, so my question is, will my 60 day tourist visa application be approved when the plane ticket shows that I intend to stay 82 days?
