May i ask why you think this? I do hope so yes but really unsure about this. When i told him the money on my account comes from an inheritance i was not sure if I pronounced this correctly. So i asked him do you understand and he was a bit annoyed and said yes i speak english....
So i said that i was not sure about my pronouncation and that's why i asked.
But the rest of the conversation was okay.
