She can't come with me, as I now have to travel to Samui office (from Phangan) to get my stamp transferred to a new passport before I can let me apply for the extension (Phangan said they couldn't transfer). But if I take the TM30 form, copy of her ID and house registration and rental contract with me, will this be sufficient for me to apply in person? Thank you very much for your help.

, could I ask if you know the process for getting married to a Thai man in Thailand? My partner and I are not married yet, but do you know if we can legally do so in Thailand and if I can then apply for the visa in the same process that you advised above? I’m Irish and on Covid extensions since my non-B expired in October 2020 (if any of this makes a difference lol). And would there be the 400,000 baht requirement if we married in Thailand? yes, I left it there so they could send it off to be stamped at another office.They gave me a ticket to claim it back next Wednesday. Other people seemed to be being given these tickets too, so hopefully it will all be ok 👌🙏
