 same day you go to Immigration. I've been sent out before used to get mine the day before.

 yes all bills total for broken back about 1 million baht had to have nurse fly over from uk and fly with me back to UK in 1st class.

 Jomtien letter from Bank. It depends everywhere on Immigration officer. They want update from bank same day some banks won't do letter same day. You can't update fixed deposit. Try and do everything the same day.

18 years no problems you can do what you want with it. It's not an investment its a life style choice. Selling them is hard.
