Hello, My apologies if this has already been asked; I can’t seem to find any existing information.

My landlord is trying to register a TM30 online, but it’s saying that this house is already registered, so it won’t accept it. She can’t remember registering anything before . . . Any ideas how she can access her account or whatever she needs to do to get this done? Thanks so much in advance.
