 We have got the email, but when we clicked on the link, error popped up.

But just now, i have checked status of registration, it's waiting for approval. May be that's why it's showing the error.

 She did it in front of us, the email is received, but whenever we click on the link, it says SOMETHING WENT WRONG, try later

 - we could register via app, but whenever we are clicking on the link, it’s showing SOMETHING WENT WRONG.

Regarding VPN/ Data Saving Tool, not actually. Using normally.

I will suggest you to contact Thai embassy in Bangladesh first. It was announced last week, COE will not be provided to Bangladeshi, Indian and Pakistani nationals for the time being.
