What should I do if the Section 38 registration link for my condo is not working?

Good day!

We have moved recently to new condo, owner has registered via Section 38 app, but if we click in the link sent via email, it’s not working. And showing the error same as in the attached picture.

Can anyone tell, is the server down? Or any other issue?

You mentioned you registered. Did you (or facilty owner) get an email for login and temporary password, then change the password already?

We have got the email, but when we clicked on the link, error popped up.

But just now, i have checked status of registration, it's waiting for approval. May be that's why it's showing the error.

your landlord should register you online and send you a screenshot of the registration as proof. it looks like they created a new account for their property and sent you the confirmation email where they ask you to change the password and where you can register yourself, correct?

She did it in front of us, the email is received, but whenever we click on the link, it says SOMETHING WENT WRONG, try later

may be just try later as they suggest, you may have receive the email but the account is still not created

It looks like the "Something Went Wrong" means that the address was already registered into the system.

I am assuming they wouldn’t have receive an email in the first place if that was the case but the landlord doesn’t seem to understand how the system works

I just tried the web version, and it works normally. I tried to connect using a VPN, and it wouldn't connect.

Are you using a VPN/ Data saving tool?
