TLDR : Answer Summary
If you lose your TM 6 card in Thailand, you should first go to the local police station to file a police report about the loss. After that, visit the immigration office with the police report to obtain a new TM 6 departure card. If you are on a visa that requires you to leave the country periodically, you can simply collect a new TM 6 card at the airport when exiting.
IF you are on an extension of stay, you go to the local police station, file a police report stating you lost it and then go to the immigration office with that and they will give you a new TM.6 departure card
However
IF you are on a VISA <- where you leave the country every so many days you can just pick up a new TM.6 at the airport when you exit the country..
go to the police and report it. Visit the immigrationoffice, they know the number of your departurecard from when you did the 24 hour report with TM30 on arrival, they can easily replace it with a new with new number and reference it to your old.
Right now, she has the Non O Sticker only, to get the extension of 1 year, I am preparing documents. So, My Condo owner has to fill up TM 30 where she has to mentiond TM6 No., that's why we need it.
So, I think i have to report at police station and take it to Chaeng Wattana and get the new one.
Thanks for all the information! Really appreciate it !

okay, she has a non-O visa where she leaves the country every 90 days OR does she have an extension of stay on a non-O where she does 90 day reporting?
