TLDR : Answer Summary
To obtain the Certificate of Entry (CoE) for traveling to Thailand, especially from Bangladesh, you must secure medical insurance with a coverage of 3 million baht. Options for affordable insurance include using websites like insubuy.com for travel health insurance. Additionally, it's advisable to check with the Thai embassy regarding current restrictions on CoE issuance for Bangladeshi nationals. Some users suggest a two-step online application process for anti-COVID insurance, followed by choosing from approved health insurance providers. It's also important to ensure that the insurance covers inconclusive COVID tests, as many policies might not include that.

Make sure if you have an inconclusive test the insurance pays. Most do not

There is a on line system for easy application.first you subscribe to anti Covid insurance(cheap),then you continue on stage 2 on the same software and you have the choice for health insurance between approved by Thai authorities. That's all.Easy.

If you are cautious, you can also subscribe on top of that,a TRAVEL health insurance, you can choose on international market.Brands like APRIL,CHAPKA...

I will suggest you to contact Thai embassy in Bangladesh first. It was announced last week, COE will not be provided to Bangladeshi, Indian and Pakistani nationals for the time being.

When I went in February, I used insubuy.com/travel-health-insurance

Other people here probably know different and/or better though, I just went with the most convenient to me.
