Brandon Thurkettle unfortunately I can't remember where that was, but I believe it was 1st October or similar, and the processing time was expected to go from 3 days, to up to 30 days.

I was in Hanoi, at the time of learning this information about 2 weeks ago

Brandon Thurkettle this is slightly different to how Hanoi was for us. We applied together, 1 remote worker and 1 dependent spouse. Processed in one appointment and Approved together at the same time.

That said; Hanoi is shortly doing Online E-visa applications ONLY. So new experiences may differ

Best and safest assumption to take in this situation: if you test positive on arrival, they will send you to a quarantine "hospitel" for 14 days at your own expense.

It's happened, keeps happening, and will continue to happen as long as they rules are the way they are
