Return portions of TM6 cards are rarely stamped or signed now. It makes no difference.

It's not only Embassys you need to convince. If you have an International insurance and no form filled in, your not coming through immigration.

The OP says he maybe flying from London and is Polish. He is aware that unless he has a UK or Irish passport, he needs a residency or long term leave to remain in the UK if he is thinking of applying in the UK?
