Thinking about going to Laos to do my new 1 year dependence visa and have a few concerns and would like some advice please 🙏

1. Is it possible to do a kids dependence visa there or only marriage visa?

2. Do they issue single entry or if you do it there do you then have to leave Thailand every 3 months?

3. Do your kids and/or wife have to be present?

I'm going to Koh Samui immigration office to extend my non-o visa based on child dependency. I can't find the visa application form on the website.. Does anyone have a pdf link? Thanks 🙏🏻

Hello community...I entered (re-entered) Thailand last week after applying for a Non O visa based on chiĺd dependency in HCM. All went smooth, but the IO didn't sign the entry stamp....(see picture). I asked about it and he said "it's ok!". However it's nagging on my mind...will there be a problem and can it be resolved? Thanks in advance

Hi.... I have been reading and I am looking for current information.

I have been on extensions for non-o child dependency for the last 3 years. This year I could not leave the money in the bank for 3 months. Now I am on a tourist exempt stamp. Can I get a M.E Non - O from Penang or Kota Bharu for this? I do have the 400k to show in a bank statement. I am not married but I have the Kor Lor 11 from the district office (amphoe) to say I am his legai guardian and have joint custody.

I aso read the consulate may only offer a single enter Non-O.

A very worrying time for me...

If anyone could give answers I would be truly grateful.
