Hello community...I entered (re-entered) Thailand last week after applying for a Non O visa based on chiĺd dependency in HCM. All went smooth, but the IO didn't sign the entry stamp....(see picture). I asked about it and he said "it's ok!". However it's nagging on my mind...will there be a problem and can it be resolved? Thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user expressed concern over an unsigned entry stamp received upon re-entering Thailand with a Non O visa based on child dependency. The Immigration Officer (IO) reassured the user that it was fine, yet the user is anxious about potential problems arising from this issue. Comments from the community suggest that unsigned stamps are not uncommon and typically do not lead to complications, as long as one is honest about the situation if questioned.

The border of the stamp is a repeating sequence of letters and numbers, that is the personal code of the Immigration Officer. You do not need his name or signature.
, thanks for the quick reply. Well, I just worried, because the IO who stamped me out at Don Mueang signed her stamp...ok, so I have no troubles..(so I hope, lol). Thanks again.
also, if ever asked about this,, just tell then the truth "you asked the IO and he said it's fine"...if you look honest,, then should be fine...I've had one stamp in the past unsigned, but was never questioned 👍
